Ok, ok, ok. . . it's been two weeks since I last blogged. Em's adoring fans have spoken. It's difficult to get pictures though when the princess crashes at 5:50 pm. However, I managed to snag a couple during bath time. As you might already know Emerson LOVES bubbles. They keep her entertained for a very loooonnnnnggggg time. She has also begun "helping" me wash her hair by pouring water on her head the entire time I'm trying to clean her.

Please Vote on the cutest costume
We all know that EM must be the most adorable kid on Halloween. Now, I've already bought her a bumble bee costume. BUT, we can't be hasty and not continue the search. Please let me know what you think about the follwing costumes. I am, of course, partial to the monkey. ("If you have any poo, now would be the time to fling it")

"No Way" school
Ahhhh, Em has spoken. As she bathed tonight I asked her if she was ready for school tomorrow, to which she replied "NO WAY". I proceeded to ask her if she wanted to see Ms. Karen and Ms. Joan, the reply was an even louder "NO WAY." Hmmm, looks like YaYa will have her hands full tomorrow. Auntie TaTa came by Mom's house today and Em ran away saying, "no, no." How sad for TaTa. Apparently Em identifies school with her Auntie TaTa. BTW- When is our next Saturday Balogh girl get-together? We must coordinate out calendars. Also-save the date: our fabulous haunted open house will be October 27. Be there or be scared!

Ahhh, the long last days of summer
Finally we get to play outside without any rain. Too bad for Ya Ya it was raining at her house when we left there. Em is definately in the middle of the "TERRIBLE TWOS." I can almost see Mom give a sigh of relief when we pull out of the drive way. Her favorite phrases are "NO WAY, and OH NO." Neither one is happy and in tandom they are especially frightful.

Hello!
Hi all! I got this idea from a friend and decided to start a blog so that all of our far away family can stay up-to-date with all of Emerson's WONDERFUL accomplishments. :) I'll start off with a picture of Em "blowing bubbles". She absolutely loves bubbles, but is not content to just sit and watch. Of course she must actively participate. Anyone who knows me knows I DETEST messes. Bubbles happen to be very messy (ironic isn't it since bubbles are made of soap which usually cleans things up) so I simply dumped all of the bubble formula out and filled up the bottle with water. Emerson was perfectly content to stick the bubble wand inside the bottle and fling water all over the back porch.
