"No Way" school
Ahhhh, Em has spoken. As she bathed tonight I asked her if she was ready for school tomorrow, to which she replied "NO WAY". I proceeded to ask her if she wanted to see Ms. Karen and Ms. Joan, the reply was an even louder "NO WAY." Hmmm, looks like YaYa will have her hands full tomorrow. Auntie TaTa came by Mom's house today and Em ran away saying, "no, no." How sad for TaTa. Apparently Em identifies school with her Auntie TaTa. BTW- When is our next Saturday Balogh girl get-together? We must coordinate out calendars. Also-save the date: our fabulous haunted open house will be October 27. Be there or be scared!

I meet up with YaYa at the school to see Miss Em off for a day of fun Tuesdsay 9/11, or so I thought. We approached the sidewalk Em in YaYa's arms naturally looking ever so precious in her pig tails and flipping precious jeans and TaTa came up smiling to greet Em. TaTa sure knows how to turn that faucet on. Tears turned on and vocabulary flinging with "No" "Oh No" and "No Way" repeated many times. LaLa may not see Em as often as TaTa but I am thankful I do not have that affect on Em.
Em must have decided to play nice for her 4th day ever at MDO! The teachers said she had her best day ever. She even took a nap on her mat. I think SOMEONE likes to play "Mary, Mary, quite contrary."
This experience is good for Em as she learns to trust that Mommy and YaYa will only leave her for a short while in a safe and loving environment.
Kind of like how we learn to trust our Lord and Savior!
I am open for Saturday Balogh girl get-together most any upcoming Saturday. I will suggest the date September 29th. Is that good for everybody?
Actually, this coming Saturday would be best for me since Dwight will be away on a day dove hunt. But I'm open....
